If you are requesting apps to be added to student iPad carts or to have a paid app purchased for your teacher device, please fill out the App Request form at the bottom of this page. (NOTE: This form is an internal document, so you will need to be logged into your district Google account to complete.) We request at least a one week notice to ensure we have time to process and install apps on student iPads, though we can often get them installed within a few days.
FREE APPLICATIONS (APPS)
Student Devices: Free Apps should be requested through the form at the bottom of this page. By using an app management system, we are able to "push" these apps onto multiple devices simultaneously.
Teacher Devices: Free Apps are downloaded by the teacher under their own individual Apple ID.
*All content on both staff and student school-owned Devices must align with the District's Technology and Internet Acceptable Use and Safety Policy.
PAID APPLICATIONS (APPS)
Apps purchased by an individual
Apps can be purchased and paid for by the teacher with their own Apple ID. These Apps stay connected to the teacher's Apple ID if they leave the school district. Apps purchased by an individual will not be reimbursed.
Apps paid for by the District
All Apps paid for by the District get a Volume Purchase discount (bulk purchase) and need to be approved through your building principal using the form below. Apps purchased by the District are installed by the Instructional Technology Team over the Internet using our mobile device management system called Meraki.
